The Client Development Representative provisions Customer Account Executives and Business Development Managers with qualified demos and appointments, which those roles are responsible to close.
The Client Development Representative assists the Customer Account Executive, Business Development Manager, or VP of Client Services, as requested. However, their primary job is to fill the top of the sales funnel with qualified demos and appointments using GTR’s sales process.
Their compensation will include not only a base salary, but incentive for each qualified demo and initial appointment that is appropriately handed-off to the appropriate closer; and a commission on any of those opportunities that are closed/won.
