Setup the Company profile and provide necessary sharing settings to the Users. Customer wanted to automate its sales and opportunity management processes also Effective management reporting capabilities were needed. Tracking opportunities and simplifying the sales cycle from Evaluation phase to Actual Sales. The new CRM implementation required migration of historical sales data. Needed to have some basic knowledge in Salesforce in the levels of user and administration.
GTR setup the company profile and provided necessary sharing settings for the different categories of the users. Delivered a customization of the Salesforce in their platform. We Created custom fields and updated the page layouts for opportunities, products and Quotes. Created workflow rules wherever applicable and validation rules as required by the customer. Created custom template Quote layout with the company logo in it.
In this Migrated accounts, contacts, products and price list with proper mapping among the records were implemented. Set-up email sync via Salesforce for Outlook plug-in (native Salesforce app) for email tracking, also custom reports and dashboards were created to meet management’s need. We also provided adequate customized training to the users in using the system, basic administration and setting up of email sync for outlook.
Return on Solution (ROS)
Now the customer has a modern, CRM system tailored to its unique requirements and Sales Reps, Group Managers and Executives can view their up-to-date Actual Vs Goals within Salesforce. Every opportunity is now aligned to a company-defined “initiative” and “corporate goal”. All required Reports and Dashboard are now generated automatically. The emails are tracked effectively.
